"We underwent a full house remodel (completely down to the studs and subflooring) and dealt with many different contractors to do various jobs.  Surface Kitchen and Bath was the only contractor we hired that exceeded our expectations and stayed within our limited budget.  Our main point of contact was James Deitz who was so professional, friendly and attentive throughout the process.  He was incredibly helpful in guiding us through decisions, big and small.  The suggestions he made to the design of our kitchen were so helpful and we love the end result.  He made sure everything stayed on track and held an open line of communication - always updating us as to what was happening next.  From start to finish, we never had to guess on what was happening next or where we were in the process of the remodel.  The team that installed our cabinets were professional and friendly.  Although we had a few issues that needed them to come back (biggest issue was a manufacturer flaw on a cabinet door) they handled the situation in a professional and friendly manner.  The team that installed our countertops were also very friendly and professional while also remaining efficient and very quick!"
